The Art of Long Walks
Greetings!
I’m a multidisciplinary artist deeply connected to the practice of walking and exploring landscapes. My art and writing are inspired by the experiences and reflections that arise from these drawings of the present moment. Scroll down this page to view some examples.
I make drawings and paper-based experiments which form a body of explorations in which I attempt to make things beyond representations, into that which is really real. They incorporate walking and physical manipulations, seeking to bridge between what is art and not art, absence and presence, past and present, towards that which is transcendent in ordinary, everyday life.
My work as a spiritual director informs my practice, and is a service I offer individuals seeking spiritual guidance.
