I realized I forgot to share about this special little walk drawing: “I walked a mile for you”, Watercolor on paper, 50″ h x i don’t know, 200″ w? I made this up at the Grunewald Guild in Plain, WA back in November, where I was offering spiritual direction for Fall Arts Week. This is one I’ve wanted to do for awhile but had been putting off. I put some watercolor in a vat, and walked back and forth across the paper for roughly a mile (gps wasn’t properly tracking – maybe I need a longer sheet of paper – but showed 3000ish steps). My feet made all the marks on the paper. It was cold, but the pine needles were soft and left lovely impressions. Thanks to @littlecaemmerer for the photo and moral support.
